- Before, the leaf end was defined by the FWHM between the peak of the signal and the background, which is appropriate when working with doses. Now, you can decide the threshold level that defines the leaf end and, in this way, be more accurate when pixel values do not correspond to doses (e.g., with EPIDs).
- Leaf errors are slightly more accurate too, thanks to a better interpolation algorithm.
